Terms & Conditions for Franchiseeship
of Zodiac Power Rings
Zodiac Power Rings are sent to the various
franchisee centres on the following terms
and conditions:
- Rings are being dispatched to the
franchisees on consignment basis.
- Rings remaining unsold will be returned
to the franchisers, by the franchisee
whenever demanded.
- The franchisee will inform the franchisers
of the sales made by them periodically,
which may be weekly, fortnightly or
monthly as discussed.
- The franchisee will inform the franchisers
of the sales returns to them periodically,
which may be weekly or fortnightly as
discussed.
- The selling price of the rings for
Countries outside India for individual
star signs is U.S.$ 99. No undercutting
will be allowed.
- The franchisee shall be given the
rings at a discount the whole sale price
is U.S.$ 60 only.
- Prices are subject to Mumbai only.
And these prices are subject to change
whenever any revision is undertaken.
- Payments should be made by the franchisees
to the franchisers only in Demand Drafts
or Pay Orders, payable in Mumbai, in
the name of "Vanity Gold"
only.
- Cost of the First advertisement given
by the franchisees in India for the
sole purpose of selling zodiac power
rings will be borne by the franchisers;
remaining or repeated advertisements
will be borne by the franchisees only.
- All accounts should be settled and
corresponding dues paid on the 1st of
every calendar month.
- The franchisers participate in many
exhibitions on their own will, whims
and fantasies for promotions. Any Franchisee,
if they so seek, may invite the franchisers
to participate in any exhibitions in
his region, cost of the stall, stay,
food and transportation and all related
expenses including Visa expenses will
be borne by the franchisee in case which
goods will be sent to the franchisee
accordingly for the periodic sales.
The franchisers will also send one or
two representatives, if required by
the franchisees, at the cost of the
franchisees who will help in conducting
the sales, subject to availability of
manpower. The entire profit of the venture
will be made available to the franchisee
in such a case.
- Orders should be communicated to
the franchisers by email, s.m.s., telephone,
fax, and telegram or by registered post.
- The franchisers agree to change the
sizes of the rings without any charge
at their Mumbai office, if the rings
remain unsold and in a proper condition.
- If the performance of the franchisee
is not satisfactory, the franchisers
may terminate this agreement without
assigning any reason, at any time without
any notice.
- The franchisees will have to deposit
with the franchisees the entire amount
of value for the goods being despatched
to the franchisee, for which a separate
receipt will be issued, as an interest
free deposit as follows during the tenure
of this agreement.
120 rings @ U.S.$ 60 = US $ 7200
- This amount will be returned interest
free whenever this agreement is terminated
and the goods returned to the franchisers.
- The franchisers will give to the
franchisees one set of zodiac power
rings consisting of ten rings of each
of the twelve star signs. Total One
Hundred Twenty Rings. These rings will
remain the property of the franchisers
and should be returned to them whenever
demanded.
- The franchisers will also provide
the franchisees with some brochures,
pamphlets, banners, posters and a copy
of the write-ups appearing in the press
and an album consisting of the photographs
of well-known personalities wearing
the zodiac power rings.
- The franchisees may also advertise,
if they feel, for the sake of the franchisers,
and at these times it is the duty of
the franchisees to attend to the phone
calls in a proper manner so as to benefit
in the form of increased sales.
- Disputes if any, should be settled
by arbitration. However if three or
more efforts fail, disputes may be claimed
and settled in the jurisdiction of Mumbai
city limits only.
