Zodiac Power Rings are sent to various dealers in India on the following Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rings are being dispatched to the dealer on consignment basis.
   
   
2. Rings remaining unsold will be returned to the Vanity Gold, by the dealer whenever demanded.
   
   
3. The dealer will inform Vanity Gold of the sales made by them periodically, which may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly as discussed.
   
   
4. The dealer will inform the Vanity Gold of the sales returns to them periodically, which may be weekly or fortnightly as discussed.
   
   
5. The selling price of the rings is Rs.1500/= for individual star signs rings. No undercutting will be allowed.
   
   
6. The dealer shall be given the rings at a discount of 21% or at a cost of 1185/- only.
   
   
7. Returns should be taken from the customers whenever they arise, on the spot, provided they are returned within fifteen days, and refund payment should be made to the customers in cash (80 % of the sale amount) on the spot.
   
   
8. Returns from dealer will be credited immediately to Vanity Gold account. These returned rings will be exchanged for new ones on receipt of Rs.160/- from the dealer by Vanity Gold.
   
   
9. Payments should be made by the dealer only in Demand Drafts or Pay Orders, payable in Mumbai, in the name of "Vanity Gold" only.
   
   
10. All accounts should be settled and corresponding dues paid on the 1st and the 16th of every calendar month.
    
    
11. Vanity Gold participates in many exhibitions on their own will, whims and fantasies for promotion. Any dealer, if they so seek, may invite the Vanity Gold to participate in any Exhibition in his region, cost of stall, stay, food and transportation and all related expenses will be borne by the dealer in case which goods will be sent to the dealer accordingly for the periodic sales. Vanity Gold will also send one or two representatives, if required by the dealer, at the cost if the dealer who will help in conducting the sales, subject to availability of manpower. The entire profit of the venture will be made available to the dealer in such a case.
    
    
12. The entire profit of the venture will be made available to Vanity Gold. Orders should be communicated to the dealer by email, s.m.s., telephone,fax, and telegram or by registered post.
    
    
13. If the performance of the dealer is not satisfactory, Vanity Gold may terminate this agreement without assigning any reason, at any time without any notice.
    
    
14. The dealer will have to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), for which a separate receipt will be issued, as an interest free deposit during the tenure of this agreement. This amount will be returned interest free whenever this agreement is terminated and the goods returned to Vanity Gold.
    
    
15. Vanity Gold will give to the dealers one set of zodiac power rings consisting 120 rings i.e. ten rings of each of the twelve star signs. Total One Twenty Rings. These rings will remain the property of Vanity Gold and should be returned to them whenever demanded.
    
    
16. Vanity Gold will also provide the dealer some brochures, pamphlets, banners, posters, a copy of the write-ups appearing in the press and an album consisting of the photographs of well-known personalities wearing the zodiac power rings.
    
    
17. The dealer may also advertise, if they feel, for the sake of the Vanity Gold, and at these times it is the duty of the dealer to attend to the phone calls in a proper manner so as to benefit in the form of increased sales.
    
    
18. Disputes if any, should be settled by arbitration. However if three or more efforts fail, disputes may be claimed and settled in the jurisdiction of Mumbai city limits only.
